Safe Coffee Enema Instructions

Coffee enema is an effective and natural way to cleanse wastes, toxins and parasites away from our body. Coffee enema is always a very convenient and easy way for detoxification because special appointment, supervision of professional therapist and expensive equipments are not required.

However, there are important instructions you need to remember to make sure coffee enema is safe and an enjoying experience to you:

1. Water

The water which is used got to be either filtered and boiled or processed with reverse osmosis. Water that contains chemical substances and heavy metal might potentially cause harm to our body. The thin tissues around the anus allow the body to absorb substances from the coffee quicker. Therefore, keeping the water clean is important.

2. Coffee

The coffee which is used for coffee enema must be either organic coffee or high quality coffee which is not decaffeinated. This is because caffeine is one of the most important ingredients in coffee enema. Instant coffee or any processed coffee is not recommended because it might contain other chemical substances.

3. Temperature

Keep the temperature of the coffee to almost the same temperature as your body. This is important because coffee which is too hot might hurt our intestines. Use your hand to check the temperature before you pour it into the enema kit.

4. Tube

When you insert the tube, make sure you dont force it in. Put some olive oil or other kinds of natural oil and enter the tube into your anus slowly. You can take as long as 5 minutes. Forcing it in will only hurt your anus.

5. Air

Before entering the tube into your body, release some coffee out from the tube to make sure no air is inside the tube. This step is to avoid discomfort in your stomach.

6. Tolerating

If you can hold 1.5 litres of coffee for 10 minutes in your body, thats the best situation. However, most people cant do it even after many times including myself. You can release the coffee earlier if you cant hold it any longer. Dont force yourself to tolerate. I couldnt hold more than 1 litre of coffee at once until today. It takes me 2 to 3 times to finish one whole bag of coffee.

7. Timing

Try to do your coffee enemas before evening. Many individuals reported that they have difficulties in sleeping when they do it in the evening or night. This might be caused by the caffeine in the coffee.

If you follow these safety instructions to do coffee enema, you will enjoy doing coffee enema, cleanse your body effective and lower the risks of any side effects.
